सेवा परमो धर्मः

Hari Om Seva Trust

The main objective of our trust is to serve humanity in our own small and humble way. We do this primarily by providing assistance and hand holding to poor and needy patients coming to Vadodara’s two largest public hospitals namely Sir Sayaji General Hospital and GMERS Gotri Hospital.

The trust had a very humble beginning in the year 2001 when a few friends pooled Rs.11,000/- from their post retirement savings to begin this service which has now grown by leaps and bounds, that reminds one of the famous Majrooh Sultanpuri couplet

मैं अकेला ही चला था जानिब-ए-मंज़िल मगर
लोग साथ आते गए और कारवाँ बनता गया

With the help of individual donors, corporate donors and the personal services of our volunteers, we serve anywhere between 30,000 to 40,000 patients every year by way of providing highly subsidised or free -

Surgeries like knee and hip replacement & plastic surgeries for burn treatment

Eye and diabetes camps in the rural areas.
